This page lists the version differences between the Japanese, North American and European releases of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity.

List of differences

  • Text and graphics were changed to match the available language(s).
  • Wonder Mail codes are different in each version.
  • In the North American and European versions it's impossible to choose whether the partner is male or female, always being forced as male instead. The Japanese versions gives the choice right after choosing the species.
  • Thundurus, Landorus, Keldeo and Meloetta can spawn in Eastern Savanna (Illusory) only in the Japanese version.
