When eaten, it will decrease Shiren's current level by 1. If thrown at a monster or NPC, it will decrease their current level by 1. When blessed, it will decrease the user's level by 2.

This herb is one of the items present in dungeons to make identifying them by use more dangerous or risky.
You can throw it at a monster to decrease its level and make it weaker, and thus easier to defeat.
