Castform (which has forecast as its ability) under the effects of rain.
Castform is the only Pokémon who has this ability, however, it can also be acquired by other Pokémon through the ability Trace.
Trivia
- Forecast can also be activated during cutscenes with dialogue (as long as they are programmed to change the weather). An example of this can be when you fight Articuno after finishing the main story.
- However, in this case, Forecast will proceed to deactivate as the weather during the battle is programmed to be "Clear".
