Shiren, Asuka and Sensei will have a conversation and then Kasuke will run up asking to be Shiren's apprentice. The Inobuta Family thugs show up, not yet having given up on their desire to make a hot springs resort and they assault the blacksmith's son Kasuke and kidnap a village girl, Catherine. The villagers are in the Elder's House debating what to do about the Inobuta Family but nobody is making any headway. When you head back over to the blacksmith's house. Kasuke tries to convince you to go after them but Sensei tells him the village needs to be able to defend itself for a change. He doesn't like this answer and runs off after them. Sensei then asks Sato for a Riceball, declaring it payment for taking the job. At this point in the story, the Lunar Ship should also be open and you can go talk to the bunny people about their Moon Stones. |
