  | Description         = , also referred to as '''''Shiren 6''''' for short, is the latest game in the {{ShirenSeriesTitle}}, and the first completely new traditional, main series Shiren game since 2010.

It was released for the Nintendo Switch in early 2024, originally in Japanese and Traditional Chinese, followed by an English release soon after. The European release was published by Reef Entertainment.

Instead of being based on more recent games, Shiren 6 mostly takes {{Shiren6|Early Shiren Inspiration and References|inspiration}} from the earlier titles in the series, particularly {{Shiren1SFCTitle}} for gameplay mechanics and {{Shiren2Title}} for visuals, although there are certain similarities to other entries as well.

After the events of the {{Shiren|Moonlight Village Scenario}}{{UN}}, {{Shiren|Shiren}} and {{Shiren|Koppa}} receive a vision from {{Shiren|Tatsumi|a mysterious girl}}, and they decide to visit {{Shiren|Serpentcoil Island}}, the main setting of the game, to rescue the girl and find treasure. Although this premise is what the main story revolves around, players are immediately faced with multiple characters and secondary stories occurring on the island, such as the relationships between two groups of pirates that have come to the island in search of treasure, or a {{Shiren|Secret Ninja Village|village secretly inhabited by former ninjas}}, among others.

The gameplay is presented with 3D polygonal graphics in a top-down perspective, mostly taking place in a grid with turn based gameplay. Initially, the main goal of the game is simply to complete the main, 31 floors long dungeon, filled with towns and story events that progress as the dungeon is explored multiple times. New players may need several attempts to get to the end for the first time, however these attempts will help them get a better understanding of the game (and {{Shiren|Warehouse|stored items}}, if desired), which is an important part of the experience. After the main dungeon is completed for the first time and the credits play, the game opens up significantly and reveals a lot more content, dungeons, stories, and side features to enjoy.

Multiplayer features consist of online {{Shiren6|Rescue}}s and the {{Shiren6|Parallel Play}} mode, which allows players to share identical versions of a dungeon to replay indefinitely. The developers occasionally hold {{Shiren6|Official Parallel Data|Official Parallel Play}} competitions.

The game has also received additional content through {{Shiren6|List of Nintendo Switch Updates|free updates}} and paid {{Shiren6|DLC}}, adding more dungeons, playable characters, puzzles, side modes, music, achievements, and unlockable artwork.
