Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon - Go! Expedition Society Juniors!Unofficial Translation symbol.png (Japanese: ポケモン(ちょう)不思議(ふしぎ)のダンジョン それいけ!新米(しんまい)調査団(ちょうさだん)) is a manga based on Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon by Takaeda Keisui, featured in Shogakugan's monthly CoroCoro Comics.

Plot[edit | edit source]

Froakie (character - Super MD Manga) and Riolu (character - Super MD Manga) are invited to the Expedition Society by Ampharos. As junior members of the Expedition Society, the two are tasked with exploring a newly discovered dungeon, which they have named the Rolling Pass. As there might be a powerful Pokémon in the deepest part of the dungeon, they are accompanied by Archen, a more experienced member of the Expedition Society. Before entering the dungeon, Froakie falls asleep, and right after entering it, he steps on a Spin Trap. Riolu finds a Slumber Wand. They proceed by going down the stairs. On the next floor, they fight against multiple Pokémon.

While they take a break, Riolu and Froakie eat an Apple each, and Archen organizes their equipment, which he explains they will need to learn to do by themselves eventually. Froakie says that his dream is to draw a map of the Pokémon world, which makes Archen wonder what Riolu's dream is. Riolu explains that he used to be a human, and is surprised when Archen believes him. They proceed into the dungeon and defeat the boss, a Garchomp. Once out, Archen sees Latios and Latias flying in the sky in a hurry.

Meanwhile, in space, Deoxys notices that Rayquaza has entered the stratosphere, which makes him wonder if something is about to happen to the planet.
