Vigor Book (Japanese: 体の宝典) is a Book in Etrian Mystery Dungeon that can be used to increases VIT by 1 permanently of the Character using it.
Locations
One Vigor Book is given by Sarah Stein for completing 50% of the Monster Tome, and another one for completing 50% of the Item Almanac. They can also be found in Treasures Rooms at the bottom of Mysterious Forest and at the bottom the extended version of the first 6 Dungeons if you have a Key to open the door.
Tips For Use
Even though they are not unique items, Books are rare items and it is best to use them sparingly. The Vigor Book increases VIT so it is better to use it on a character that often take damage which is often the leader of the party, even if having more VIT is useful for every classes.
To get several Books, the easiest way is to build a Fort on Floor 89 of one of the extended dungeons and to access the last floor from this Fort. However, you aren't guaranteed to get a Vigor Book in the treasure room. You also have to find a Key, which is an uncommon item
